Pullman Basel Europe - Luxury hotel - Basel Carnival

The traditional Basel carnival begins at 4am on the Monday after Ash Wednesday with the famous “Morgestraich” and ends on Thursday with the “Ändstraich”, also at 4am. Over these three days, Basel’s streets, pubs and bars overflow with festivities in an event that should be on everyone’s bucket list. In the middle of the action is Pullman Basel Europe. The Cortège, the official carnival parade, passes directly in front of the hotel. In 2017, the Basel Carnival was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
